Service Options

CrowdComms have four service offerings to ensure you have the right level of support available to deliver a fantastic experience for every project.

  1. Self service with support included.
  2. Project management allowance.
  3. Dedicated event team: Expedited project management.
  4. Additional Event Services.

1. Self Service: With training & support #

The CrowdComms platform is highly intuitive and this option is perfect for those who prefer to manage the setup themselves to keep in full control of all changes.

  • Access to our expert team via live chat 8.30am to 8.30pm GMT/BST
  • Comprehensive Knowledge Hub, including step by step video guides.

2. Project Management Allowance #

Our Project Management is an optional service available for those who need an extra helping hand to manage the entire platform setup. This includes a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the successful setup and implementation of your chosen CrowdComms package.

Project Management is charged on a per hour rate, purchased in blocks of 10 hours to ensure we can book out the allotted time in your allocated Project Manager’s diary.

  • Dedicated Project Manager to oversee the successful setup and implementation of your chosen CrowdComms package.
  • Weekly alignment meeting to review project progress, agree timelines for content and essential tasks and review the work completed in the previous week.
  • Agreed allowance of project management made up of calls / meetings, email comms and content upload.
  • 24 hour response time for emails.
  • Content is uploaded in an agreed timeframes with your Project Manager. Typically two (2) to five (5) working days for each version of the content update. Subject to content review with your Project Manager to provide accurate timeline.

Notice: When you reach 80% of your allocated allowance, your Project Manager will contact you to let you know with your Account Manager cc’d.

The options at this stage are:

  • Confirm you are comfortable with the outstanding allowance and move onto the self service SLA once the hours are used.
  • Purchase further support allowance package.

Important: In order for CrowdComms to resource all projects to the highest standard, we require our customers and partners to opt for the allowance that is best suited for your event requirements and suitability.

3. Dedicated Event Team: Expedited Project Management #

Our dedicated event team provides you with an expert team of event technology professionals. With a track record of delivering excellence for strategic, high-profile events. This is the perfect service option when you need unrivalled service, and expedited turnaround for requests relating to your project.

CrowdComms’ white glove service, without compromise.

Account Manager:

  • Project scoping, event consultation.
  • Your Account Manager joins the kick off meeting to align all requirements with your dedicated event team ensuring the project is setup for success.
  • Available to join a weekly alignment meeting when an extra level of consultation is required, in addition to the daily progress meeting with your Project Manager.  

Senior Project Manager:

  • Recurring daily progress meetings throughout the platform setup.
  • Ongoing consultation around best practise related to event technology implementation.
  • Oversees and delivers the setup of your wider event technology.
  • Expedited SLA: Response within two (2) hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Supported by the wider team where necessary.

Supporting Content Manager:

  • One of our team of content managers who specialise in making updates to the platform behind the scenes, will be assigned to your project to support the Project Manager.
  • The team will work to meet your quick turnaround content update requests throughout the build.

Senior Manager Support:

  • One of our highly experienced managers will join the kick off meeting to input their 10+ years of experience into the project.
  • Available to join a weekly alignment meeting when an extra level of consultation is required, in addition to the daily progress meeting with your Project Manager.

Design and Custom CSS Support:

  • One of our designers will be allocated to join meetings and work with your marketing team to ensure all aspects of the event technology are on brand.
  • Available to join alignment meetings relevant to design implementation throughout the platform build.
