We are ISO27001:2013 certified by the British Standards Institute. This means that our business operations, policies and processes, as well as our software, are checked to ensure CrowdComms meets the extremely high security standard. These policies and processes are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure continual improvement in the CrowdComms Information Security Management System (ISMS).
CrowdComms has successfully completed the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II examination in recognition of its commitment to information security. This certification demonstrates that the necessary security controls are in place for our U.S. client base, and with this recognition, we not only protect the safety of our customers’ data today but demonstrate that we have set the right standards in place for the future.

A rigorous internal audit programme, annual third-party penetration testing and regular security awareness training for staff ensures that security is at the heart of everything we do.
Our event platform supports secure events for more than 20,000 concurrent attendees and is hosted in Germany.
We are fully GDPR compliant and registered with the ICO. As the data processor, we ensure your data is used in the way you, or your client, see fit and in compliance with GDPR.
We provide a range of MFA options for our Customer Management System (CMS) and the front-end attendee experience, as well as offering a range of privacy and validation settings that you can tailor to your event.
