7.2 Lead Capture App

Once downloaded, you can access the app by entering the event code and exhibitor code provided to you by your event organiser.

You will be asked to complete a short registration form and will be added to the exhibitor team.

The Qualifying Questions feature is an in-app form for collecting additional data from your leads. You can create custom qualifying question in the app to be shared amongst your team.

To create custom qualifying questions in Capture app

• Tap Manage on the home screen
• Select Qualifying Questions from the list of options
• Tap + to add a new question
• Select the type of question you wish to add to your form
• Add the Question and, if applicable, the response/s
• Click Save

Team members can join your Capture team by logging in with the event code and exhibitor code and completing the registration form.
