The CrowdComms Public API v2.0 is designed to give you greater control and flexibility when integrating your event apps with external systems.
Some example uses:
- Query data for your event to generate reports about how users interacted with your event app and how they engaged with your event
- Populate a list of attendees from an external system
- Syncronize your event agenda from an external source
- Use webhooks to react to events from your app and update data in your own internal systems… and much more!
Getting Started #
Access Requirements #
To use the API, please speak to your account manager to have the feature enabled. Then:
Create your event app in the CrowdComms CMS
Once the REST API is enabled, you will be able to navigate to the integrations tab and generate your app specific API credentials.
