Entegy not opening – Likely corrupted after an incorrect shut-down

- Download x64 & x86 Redistributables
- Run all 4 Redistributables (If on a surface you may find 2 do not work- this is not an issue)
- Uninstall Entegy
- Reinstall Entegy from the above link
- If this does not work, you may have to do a full Windows Reinstall. This can take between 30mins to 2 hours. If this happens just before reg, you may wish to move the kiosk out of the way so attendees don’t come up to it. If you have not been able to fix this onsite, please mark kiosk so the Logistics Team can repair when back at office
Entegy not loading into saved project – Internet not connected or too weak #
- Use wireless keyboard to close Entegy (press windows button)
- Connect to internet and launch again
Only 1 kiosk connecting to Internet when all hardwired – Venue hardwire not sharing IP between multiple kiosks.

- Test first to make sure problem is not with kiosks
- Remove switch and plug 1 kiosk directly into Hardwire socket
- Allow 1-2 minutes for kiosk to connect
- Unplug and try another kiosk
- If a kiosk that was not connected to internet previously, works when individually connected, the problem is with venue internet.
- Speak to venue technician
- If kiosks do not work when connected individually, try running them from the provided WiFi router
- If only 1 kiosk does not work, try connecting hardwire directly into NUC
