This is the second year running we have used CrowdComms bespoke app for the hybrid conference in Nottingham, UK.
Both years we had more than 600 delegates using the conference app. The app has been easy to use and navigate. Importantly, professional support before and during the hybrid conference has been excellent, helpful and professional. We are planning to use the CrowdComms app for our 2026 hybrid conference as well. We would recommend it to other professional organisers of hybrid events.
Chloe has been consistently professional, friendly, and helpful this year as well as for the last year’s (2024) conference and is easily approachable. Jasmine provided excellent support onsite for the two days of conference in Nottingham and was professional, helpful, and friendly with her approach. She remained consistently calm with busy two days of handling queries.
