First and foremost, our people are experts in event tech. They have experience with a wide range of solutions, from virtual video streaming to badge-printing. This means they know how to help you choose the best tech for your particular event, so you only pay for what you really need and nothing more.

Of course, you can lock-in your perfect event tech solution only to find that unexpected changes mean you may need a different solution. It’s why you’ll always have access to a dedicated CrowdComms Account Manager who can guide you through alternative options so last-minute changes don’t become an unnecessary headache.

Onsite, you’ll have an event team of experienced and friendly CrowdComms people who know how to make sure things run smoothly, even under pressure. For example, our onsite team can help organise a busy reception area, move people into the right lines and get badges processed so fast you’ll barely feel your pulse raise!

We used CrowdComms for an app to support an in-person event. From the first correspondence to the feedback post-event phone call the team were amazing. They were responsive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Added Flex 

We know that events are dynamic occasions where even the most meticulous plans need to include a dash of flexibility. If a session speaker changes unexpectedly or your caterer needs to swap-out a lunchtime main course; we’ll be there to make the necessary changes to the event app agenda, session details and dining menus.

It may only be a small change, but knowing you have a dedicated team to action those changes quickly is one less thing to worry on event day when you’re spinning a lot of plates.

Need to know everything is going according to plan? Of course you do!  A quick check-in at key points during your event helps keep stress levels under control.  Whether we’re live- streaming your virtual event or processing badges at reception, your Account Manger will make sure you know things are on track.

We can also act as a liaison between you and your attendees, AV team, speakers and exhibitors to deliver help when it’s needed. The CrowdComms event team regularly brief session speakers on virtual presentations, help exhibitors maximise the in-app lead generation features and answer attendees’ event app queries.

From the initial 'pitch' to the final wrap up, CrowdComms provided a supportive, friendly and warm approach. This was my first experience working with event tech and I never felt patronised, just motivated to learn from the team, who navigated me through the process with humour, helpful anecdotes, patience and professionalism.

Grand Designs

Our event tech is part of your event brand, so it’s important it looks the part! 

CrowdComms’ in-house graphic designers have created hundreds of beautiful, custom designs for event apps, badge-printing kiosks and attendee EDMs. 

CrowdComms’ designers work with you to ensure all aspects of event branding (including sponsors’ and exhibitors’) is showcased across your event tech – from kiosk decals to event app notifications.

Full expert support every step of the way, allowing for many successful events. The platform is brilliant, extremely user friendly and responsive. Being able to customise almost all aspects of the platform is a real bonus.
