About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work directly with our enterprise sales team to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients—introducing them to our powerful event tech platform and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.

This is a proactive, people-first role where your energy, persistence, and strategic thinking will make a real impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching and identifying high-potential enterprise prospects
  • Reaching out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to spark meaningful conversations
  • Qualifying inbound leads and nurturing outbound opportunities
  • Working closely with the sales team to develop creative outreach strategies
  • Booking discovery calls and demos for senior sales colleagues
  • Using CRM tools to track, analyse, and report on activity and success

What we're looking for

  • A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Passionate about sales, events, or tech (ideally, all three!)
  • Resilient, curious, and driven to exceed targets
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving team
  • Experience in a B2B sales or lead-gen role is a plus—but potential matters most

Location & Flexibility

This is a hybrid/remote role, with the option to work from our offices in Dorset or London. We value flexibility, but also love collaboration—so the ability to meet with the team in-person occasionally is a plus.
