Event App Promotion
Event app promotion can make all the difference to event app adoption rates. Telling attendees about the app prior to the event means they have plenty of time to get to grips with all the available features.
We now have a shiny new HTML app launch email. Our team can customise this communication with the features and branding specific to each client’s event app. This means one less job for event planners! Plus, it’s a great way to showcase the event app benefits to attendees.
Event App In Action
It’s always good to see something in action. To give attendees a clear visual of how the event app works, the event app promotion email includes a microsite. The microsite shows a live version of the web-based event app working on a phone.
This site will also give them the links they need to download the app from the various stores. Again this will be customised for every client and every event.

Helping Clients Secure Event App Sponsorship
With sponsorship critical to the success of many events, we are always advising our clients on how to secure event app sponsorship. We now have a dedicated section on this topic in the client zone.
Clients will be able to access an editable document showcasing each of the areas within and associated with the event app where a sponsor can gain exposure. We’re looking forward to helping clients create stunning proposals for their sponsors.
