How was the support and guidance that CrowdComms provided?
The support and guidance from CrowdComms was excellent! I worked with a lovely person called Chloe Swann, who was pretty much on hand via email - phone and web call to help with any assistance I required. The guidance was brilliant, we was able to set up CMS training with Chloe and additional colleagues chimed whenever we needed extra understand and help.
Were your delegates happy with the look, feel and user experience of the technology?
The One Young World delegates was extremely happy with the whole App experience. We received rave reviews from all types of stakeholders using the app whilst at the conference, it was one of our biggest successes of the event. We had an 88% adoption rate, with minimal hiccups when it came to on-boarding users onto the app.
Would you use CrowdComms again for future events?
Yes CrowdComms is definitely on the radar for our next event, next year! With the experience gained we can definitely work with CrowdComms to deliver a better app and garner more success.
