Australia Post hosted a two-day eCommerce Delivery Conference with an agenda that included information sessions, workshops, and exhibition and networking functions.
CrowdComms worked with Australia Post to facilitate and enhance engagement at the event. The solution included an event app with live newsfeed, session polls and feedback, badge scanning with achievements and leaderboard.
With attendee-to-attendee interaction a key objective, Australia Post was delighted that each person connected with, on average, 20 others, a result of over 4000 scans between 200 attendees. A high rate of adoption saw 95% of attendees engage with the app.
