It’s been a wonderful year for the CrowdComms team, both personally and professionally. We’re always so thankful for the opportunity to work in such a great industry. We get to partner with some of the most innovative and smartest brains around. But the flexibility of our work means we also get to spend quality time with the people we love. We’re very fortunate, but always mindful that good fortune does not extend to everyone.

Ditching the Cards

If you’re new to the CrowdComms family, now is a good time to let you know that we won’t be sending you a Christmas card. It’s not because we don’t value our relationship, it’s because we know you’d rather we put that money to better use (and save a few trees while we’re at it).

Every year, CrowdComms makes a donation to a worthy cause in lieu of sending cards.

Eli and Martin

This year we’re donating to the Eli and Martin Bursary.

Tragically, in October of this year, Maria Lutz and her two young children Eli and Martin had their lives taken in their home in Sydney. Eli and Martin were both students at Sydney’s St Lucy’s School. Based in Wahroonga, the school specialises in educating children with intellectual disabilities.

140 students and their parents benefit greatly from the services that St Lucy’s provides, however for some this comes with financial strains.

The Eli and Martin Bursary was established in the family’s memory to provide parents assistance with school fees, after school creative arts programs, uniforms, excursions and other specialised therapy equipment.

This Christmas the CrowdComms team couldn’t be happier to donate $1000 to the Eli and Martin Bursary for the wonderful people at St Lucy’s. We encourage you to donate too, by clicking here.
